How do I install Lift?

Visit the Chrome Web Store and click "Add to Chrome." Once installed, you'll see the Lift icon in your browser toolbar.

What does Lift extract?

Lift extracts clean HTML, CSS, and JavaScript from any webpage. You can extract full pages or pick individual elements with the element picker.

What are AI Chats?

AI Chat lets you ask questions about extracted code — get explanations, find bugs, or get improvement suggestions. Usage is metered based on your plan.

What is Code Translation?

Code Translation converts extracted HTML/CSS/JS into framework code like React, Vue, Svelte, or Tailwind CSS. Usage is metered based on your plan.

How do I upgrade my plan?

Visit the Pricing page or go to your Dashboard and click the upgrade button. You can choose between monthly and annual billing.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to your Dashboard and click "Manage Billing" to access the Stripe customer portal where you can cancel your subscription. You'll keep access to paid features until the end of your billing period.

How do I delete my account?

Contact us at support@liftextension.com to request account deletion. We will remove your account and all associated data.

Is the code I extract stored anywhere?

Extracted code is processed locally in your browser. If you use AI features, the code is sent to our AI providers for processing but is not permanently stored. Your extraction history metadata (thumbnails, timestamps) is stored in your account.

What browsers are supported?

Lift is a Chrome extension and works on Google Chrome and Chromium-based browsers (Edge, Brave, Arc, etc.).

I found a bug. How do I report it?

Send us an email at support@liftextension.com with a description of the issue, the webpage URL where it occurred, and any screenshots if possible. We'll investigate and get back to you.
